Job summary

All Insurance Auto Body Works Pty Ltd is seeking a Fleet Manager in Marrickville, NSW. The role oversees procurement, maintenance, scheduling, and compliance of the company’s large vehicle fleet, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating purchases, leasing, servicing, and fleet operations across the business, with emphasis on efficiency, safety, and vendor negotiations. A Diploma of Business Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in business/management
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to schedule and manage large vehicle fleets

Responsibilities

• Organise vehicle purchases, leasing, replacement and maintenance for a fleet of 300+ vehicles.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing, registrations and insurance renewals.
• Plan transportation schedules and optimize fleet utilisation while minimizing downtime.
