Job summary

Allied Express is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to lead and coordinate fleet operations in Queensland. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive safety, efficiency and compliant movement of freight while supporting driver performance and resource coordination.

Working with the Fleet Manager, you will optimise productivity, resolve issues and pursue cost-effective service delivery. This role suits a hands-on leader passionate about people and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or freight operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support drivers and operational team to meet safety, service and performance targets.
• Coordinate daily fleet activities and resources to meet workloads and deadlines.
• Monitor driver and fleet performance, identify issues and take corrective action.
