Job summary

Grand Motors Toyota on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant to join a high-performing team in a modern Southport showroom. You will focus on fleet sales, account management, and business development with local businesses, supported by ongoing Toyota training.

The role is Monday to Friday with no weekend work, offering a generous remuneration package and ongoing training to help you hit KPIs and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Fleet sales and account management.
• Proven track record in automotive sales.
• Business development experience and willingness to visit local businesses.
• Toyota experience preferred.
• Current Motor Vehicle Sales License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Sound computer skills; Tune and Dealer Socket experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive fleet sales growth by developing new business and managing key accounts.
• Visit local businesses to develop opportunities and partnerships.
• Maintain long-term relationships with fleet clients and ensure high service levels.
• Collaborate with showroom and service teams to meet KPI targets.

Due to high demand for Toyota products, and continued business growth, Grand Motors Toyota are seeking to place an experienced and motivated Fleet Sales Consultant to join their successful Fleet Team. This is an opportunity which rarely becomes available.

Work for the World's most respected motor vehicle brand within a state-of-the-art modern showroom facility located in Southport on the Gold Coast.

This role is available now, for an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following:

• Have a proven track record in automotive sales,
• Minimum 2 years of Fleet sales and Account management.
• Business development experience (you will be out visiting local businesses)
• Toyota experience preferred
• Be confident in your ability with sales, customer service and results driven
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be highly organised, disciplined and able to contribute to business growth
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to maintain long term business relationships.
• Current Motor Vehicle Sales License
• Sound computer skills and experience with Tune and Dealer Socket preferred.
