Job summary

Ocius Technology in Australia is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Scheduler to plan, coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance across the Bluebottle fleet. Reporting to Fleet and Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will work with engineering, production, supply chain and external service providers to keep assets reliable and ready for operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and fleet maintenance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Strong planning, organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for Bluebottle vessels and associated equipment.
• Coordinate inspections, servicing, repairs, upgrades and testing activities.
• Prioritise maintenance activities based on operational requirements, asset criticality and risk.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with engineers, technicians, suppliers and operational stakeholders.
• Work with Procurement and Stores teams to ensure required materials and spare parts are available.
• Identify long lead-time components and future maintenance requirements.
• Analyse maintenance trends and equipment reliability data.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability-centred maintenance initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, asset management or fleet maintenance environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities.

Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications. About the Role

Reporting within Fleet and Facilities Maintenance Manager, the Fleet Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the Ocius Bluebottle fleet. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Operations and external service providers, you will ensure maintenance activities are effectively scheduled, resources are available when required, and fleet readiness is maintained to support operational objectives.
