Job summary

A2B Australia, part of ComfortDelGro Australia, is seeking a proactive Fleet Lead to support the Adelaide fleet network. You will welcome drivers and operators, manage onboarding, leasing, and ongoing participation, and build lasting relationships to drive fleet growth across the 13cabs network.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role you will coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and identify opportunities to improve partner experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration, operations support, customer service or fleet support environment.
• Experience supporting customer enquiries and providing timely, professional solutions.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM, fleet management, operational or customer management systems.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
• Experience handling financial administration, account processing, reconciliations or similar activities.
• Confidence identifying opportunities, building relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new Drivers and Operators to 13fleet and the 13cabs network, guiding them through onboarding, vehicle handovers and next steps.
• Act as the primary point of contact for driver, operator, vehicle, leasing, account and operational enquiries.
• Take ownership of enquiries through to resolution, coordinating with internal stakeholders and keeping customers informed.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective, new and existing Drivers and Operators through regular engagement and follow‑up.
• Support customers through registration, onboarding, vehicle selection, leasing, renewals, vehicle returns and ongoing participation.
• Generate, qualify and progress new Driver and Operator opportunities that contribute to fleet and network growth.
• Promote the benefits of 13fleet and the broader 13cabs network, tailoring solutions to meet partner needs.
• Identify and address retention risks, helping Drivers and Operators remain engaged with the fleet and network.
• Represent 13fleet and 13cabs at industry events, information sessions and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records, capture feedback and contribute ideas that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and growth outcomes.
