Job summary

BLU by Adcorp is seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to coordinate daily fleet movements, allocate delivery runs, and monitor drivers across Sydney and the greater region. The role emphasizes safety compliance and efficient routing to service LPG customers.

This full-time position requires a background in busy call centres, strong computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous records and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer literacy and package management.
• Prepared to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet movements and driver schedules.
• Allocate delivery runs and optimise routes based on needs.
• Monitor drivers and vehicles and respond to delays.
• Maintain communication with drivers, customers and operations teams.
• Ensure safety, fatigue management and dangerous-goods compliance.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance and defect reporting.
• Maintain accurate fleet, delivery and driver records.
• Assist with urgent deliveries, breakdowns and issues.
• Work full-time hours Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

Our client is Australia's largest supplier of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), servicing over 350,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers since 1984. Seeking an experienced Fleet Controller for daily coordination, monitoring, allocation, and compliance of the fleet, delivering LPG to customers and clients across Sydney and the greater region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet movements and driver schedules
• Allocate delivery runs and optimise routes based on operational requirements
• Monitor drivers and vehicles throughout the day and respond to delays or disruptions
• Maintain communication with drivers, customers and internal operations teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, fatigue management and dangerous-goods transport requirements
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and defect reporting
• Maintain accurate fleet, delivery and driver records
• Assist with urgent deliveries, breakdowns and operations issues as required
• Work full-time hours Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

Requirements to fulfill the role:

• Experience in a busy call centre environment, being able to multitask and work under pressure
• Computer literate and able to manage numerous packages
• Physically fit and healthy, being able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
• Full \"Unrestricted\" Working Rights in Australia with residency in close proximity to Blacktown, NSW
