Job summary

Kinetic invites skilled panel beaters and spray painters to join our fleet Bodyshop in Melbourne. You will repair, restore, and present vehicles to high standards, including decals and signage work, with a strong emphasis on safety and detailed documentation.

Reporting to the Bodyshop Supervisor, you will operate in a modern workshop environment, ensuring our fleet remains safe and professionally presented. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Must have a trade qualification in body repair, panel beating, automotive refinishing, or a related field.
• A current Heavy Vehicle Licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Must have previous experience in vehicle body repairs and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Sound communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle body repairs and restoration work.
• Completing interior repairs, trim work, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Applying and removing vehicle decals and signage.
• Identifying and rectifying vehicle defects in a timely manner.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate job cards and repair records.
• Maintaining workshop tools, equipment, and stock levels.
• Supporting a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
• Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance team to meet operational requirements.

About the Role
