Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a Fleet Mechanic for our Melbourne region, based in Bundoora, Victoria. This full-time role involves preventive maintenance, servicing and repairing our bus fleet, and diagnosing issues to keep services running safely and efficiently.

You will work in a modern workshop environment with state-of-the-art equipment. You will join a supportive team that values safety, quality and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diesel engines or heavy vehicles.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Carry out service and repairs on fleet of buses.
• Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure work complies with safety and quality standards.

What you will be doing:

• Conducting routine preventative maintenance and inspections
• Undertaking service and repairs on our fleet of Buses
• Identifying technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards
• Maintaining a safe & clean work area

• Demonstrated experience working with diesel engines or heavy vehicles.
