Yurra Pty Ltd is seeking a Fleet and Asset Support Officer based in Karratha to provide operational and logistical support across asset management, fleet, PPE, uniforms and general operational activities. The role combines field-based tasks with procurement and record-keeping, ensuring assets are inspected, maintained, and accurately logged.

The position is full-time (38 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with consideration for part-time for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, assets or maintenance coordination or similar.
• Knowledge of service scheduling, procurement, and asset management systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and safety.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong administrative, planning and scheduling skills.
• Familiarity with asset management software (e.g., Procore, MYOB) is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate fleet bookings, servicing schedules, and maintenance to ensure vehicles and assets remain compliant and operational.
• Coordinate uniform and PPE orders, distribution, stock levels, and employee collections.
• Conduct stocktakes of PPE, uniforms, asset consumables, and IT hardware.
• Support asset compliance through inspections, servicing coordination, and equipment calibration.
• Assist with IT hardware allocation and ordering for employees.
• Coordinate warehouse receivables and maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
• Generate Purchase Orders and provide general administrative support.
• Communicate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
