Job summary

WorkPac Group in Brisbane, QLD, is seeking a Depot/Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse and freight handling operations. This hands-on role focuses on safe, efficient, and on-time dispatch of freight while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires previous Fleet Allocator/Controller experience, a High Risk Forklift Licence, a valid Driver's Licence, and PEM/DAS clearance. Shifts run 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with training starting at 12pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fleet Allocator/Controller.
• High Risk Forklift Licence and experience.
• Able to take initiative and assist in yard operations.
• Driver's Licence.
• Ability to Pass PEM/DAS.

What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking a Depot/Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands‑on Leadership Role, responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day warehouse and freight handling operations, ensuring safe, efficient and on‑time dispatch of freight while leading and developing a high‑performing team

Shift Structure

10am to 6pm Monday to Friday

(Will start at 12pm once trained)

What is Required

Previous experience as a Fleet Allocator/Controller

High Risk Forklift Licence and experience

Someone who can take initiative and get the job done efficiently and doesn’t mind assisting in the yard, unloading/loading materials

Drivers Licence

Ability to Pass PEM/DAS
