Hunter Valley Concrete Pumping Service is seeking an experienced Fleet Allocator for the efficient daily co-ordination and allocation of trucks and personnel to customer sites. This role will involve a high volume of computer use and phone communication dealing with various clients, subcontractors and internal relations and general administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling operators and fleet matching the correct equipment and personnel for the job
• Keep accurate records of current and completed jobs to ensure quality and consistency is maintained
• Manage bookings, cancellations and delays monitoring driver / operator fatigue management
• Sound geographical knowledge of Newcastle and surrounding areas
• Communicate honestly and effectively with all parties
• Participate in after hours and weekend phone and allocations roster
