Hunch Talent is partnering with a respected Australian designer brand to recruit a Senior Showroom Consultant for Sydney's flagship. You will own the showroom daily, present premium products, and host architects, designers and clients, turning conversations into projects.

In this highly autonomous role you will work with external sales teams, align showroom activity with the sales pipeline, and build lasting relationships across the A&D community.

Formación

• Experience in premium showroom or A&D sales environments.
• Confident engaging with architects and designers at senior level.
• Polished, consultative style with a good design sense.
• Collaborative, team-first with cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage flagship showroom end to end: presentation, operations and client experience.
• Coordinate with external BDMs and specification reps, acting as the link between showroom and field team.
• Feed market intel, project leads and client insights from the showroom floor.
• Align showroom activity with the sales pipeline so no opportunity falls through the gaps.
• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and their clients.
• Consult on specification and product selection for high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Guide projects from first visit through to order.
• Manage your own time and priorities with real ownership of results.
