Job summary

Cast Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager to lead a flagship retail asset in Perth. You will drive asset performance, lead a multidisciplinary team and manage tenant relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong financial outcomes.

You will oversee operations, leasing support, budgeting and reporting, with a 9-month fixed-term duration and potential for extension. WA Property Registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, commercial or shopping centre property management.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Sound understanding of retail leases and tenancy management.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
• WA Property Registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centre management team across operations, administration, tenancy delivery and finance.
• Drive asset performance, occupancy, tenant retention and customer experience initiatives.
• Manage centre budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, CAPEX and OPEX.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, owners, local authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee leasing support, compliance, risk management and operational excellence.
• Ensure high standards of presentation, safety and customer experience across the asset.
