Formación

• Hands-on leadership on the restaurant floor.
• Experience managing premium, high-volume venues.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine and guest relations.

Responsabilidades

• You’ll be the person the floor looks to on shift, leading busy services.
• Train the team on the menu, wine and how service should feel.
• Pacing, briefings, labour control, upselling and looking after regulars.
