Hospitality and Leisure Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to take ownership of a serious dining room in a new CBD venue, with a strong service culture and ambitious hospitality team.

The role features a 170-seat operation, a six-person management structure, and a structured 45-hour week with leadership shared across the team. Salary ranges from $90K–$105K base plus super and tips, with sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Formación

• Experienced in premium, high-volume Sydney restaurant environments.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Able to lead a sizeable team and manage service operations.
• Comfortable dealing confidently with guests and clients.
• Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service for a 170-seat dining room and bar.
• Oversee rosters, systems and reporting to keep operations moving.
• Set and maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Develop and mentor team members to build a strong, capable staff.
