Avenue? Aveo Group manages The Newstead Residences in Newstead, Queensland. This Domestic Attendant role focuses on housekeeping and cleaning across the village, delivering a welcoming and customer-focused experience for residents.

You will be part of a friendly, people-focused team and help build meaningful connections within the community. The position is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time, working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry or similar service-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across apartments or village common areas, including bathrooms, hallways, stairwells and rooms.
• Build positive relationships as a friendly and approachable presence at the village.
• Assist residents and the community with general ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Follow all OH&S requirements and promptly report any safety or security concerns.

The Opportunity

The Newstead Residences

The Newstead offers extensive luxury facilities and outdoor areas for residents to enjoy including cinema rooms, day spas and virtual golf rooms. As a Domestic Attendant, you will provide essential housekeeping and cleaning services across the village while delivering a welcoming and customer-focused experience for residents. You’ll be part of a friendly, people-focused team where you will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term full-time position working Monday to Friday (7:00am-3:00pm)
