Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights and performance reporting on ticketing transactions across Transport Victoria's website and app.
• Develop measurement frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Map ticketing analytics to understand online customer activity and key transaction journeys.
• Create reports using data from data warehouses and Google Analytics, presented through data visualisation platforms.
• Analyse data from multiple sources, including customer feedback, to identify trends and develop innovative solutions.
