Job summary

Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) is seeking experienced Fixed Plant Supervisors for ongoing full-time opportunities across Western Australia. You will lead mechanical crews, drive safety, and deliver quality outcomes in demanding resource and industrial environments across maintenance, major projects, and shutdowns.

We offer FIFO & DIDO rosters with long-term opportunities and competitive hourly rates/packages across WA.

Qualifications

• Relevant Australian-recognised trade qualification – Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter
• S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience
• Strong experience leading mechanical crews in a resources / industrial environment
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Current Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets
• Construction White Card
• Current National Police Clearance
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Strong safety leadership and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage crews, contractors and site priorities effectively

We’re working with clients across major project, maintenance and shutdown environments, with opportunities suited to Supervisors who can lead mechanical crews, drive safety and deliver quality outcomes in demanding resources and industrial environments.
