Job summary

Luxoft Financial Services UK Limited (Australia) – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive Fixed Income integration, including Bond and Repo product setup and end-to-end settlements within a risk/client platform.

You will bridge business and technology, configure static data from Bloomberg/Refinitiv, map trade flows (FIX/JSON/XML), support UAT, and collaborate with Front Office, Operations and external custodians to ensure accurate trade lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets with a strong focus on Fixed Income (Bonds and Repos).
• Understanding of bond products like Fixed/Floating Rate, T-Bills, Zero Coupon and Asset Backed.
• Hands-on experience with Bond static/security master setup from interfaces like Bloomberg/Refinitiv.
• Experience with trade lifecycle, data integration, and settlement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Analyst for Fixed Income Integration workstreams, covering Bond and Repo product setup, trade lifecycle, and settlement.
• Configure and validate Bond static data setup sourced from external agencies.
• Manage integration of Bloomberg TOMS and VCON trade flows; define trade capture requirements and mappings.
• Define and document requirements for Bloomberg Data License feeds (reference data, pricing, corporate actions).
• Support the full Bond and Repo trade lifecycle from trade capture to settlement instruction generation.
• Facilitate workshops with Front Office, Operations and Technology; support UAT and end-to-end testing.
