Job summary

State Street associates are invited to join a dedicated team that implements, tests, certifies and supports Charles River Network clients. You will work across client and vendor ecosystems to maintain a five-nines service level and drive issue resolution in a global support model.

The role emphasizes FIX connectivity, testing with brokers, and ongoing improvements to keep systems robust. Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and documentation discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
• 1 year experience with FIX administration and/or Buy Side OMS (Charles River IMS preferred).
• 3 years' experience in the securities trading industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Aptitude for technical troubleshooting and database experience.

Responsibilities

• Support five nines availability for Charles River Network Clients.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams and network vendors for service-related functions.
• Troubleshoot, support and resolve issues in a Follow-the-Sun model.
• Configure and customize FIX connections and test/certify FIX compatibility with brokers.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of service and maintain accurate documentation.
