Job summary

CITIC CLSA is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to manage FIX connectivity and onboarding for clients, vendors, brokers, and exchanges. The role collaborates with regional FIX teams across Hong Kong, Pune, New York, Japan, London, and Sydney to ensure robust connectivity and rapid issue resolution.

The position requires deep FIX knowledge, trading desk experience, and strong communication skills for interaction with vendors and traders. A senior, self-driven professional is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in FIX technology with 8+ years in FIX client onboarding.
• Experience with CAMERON FIX or Appia and FIX engines.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Equity DMA/DSA, Agency and Program FIX.
• Familiarity with SWAP, Futures & Options in FIX environments.
• Exposure to Asian market exchange rules and ID markets like China Connect, Korea, Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily trading operations desk support across High Touch & Low Touch desks.
• Test and certify FIX clients, vendors, brokers and exchanges; manage connectivity.
• Collaborate with infra teams to setup FIX connectivity and maintain relationships.
• Roll out FIX projects and participate in incident/change management.
