Job summary

Experienced maintenance fitter sought in the Seven Hills area. Reputable company with onsite parking. Must hold Cert 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent and demonstrate strong maintenance, diagnostic and breakdown skills.

Role involves mechanical installation, preventative and predictive maintenance, commissioning, fault finding and working to HSEQ standards. Strong communication and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Cert 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or Certificate of Proficiency in Fitting & Machining (Australian Recognised).
• Perform Mechanical installation and repairs
• Preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance
• Modification, commissioning, testing, fault finding and diagnostic
• Attend breakdowns to all plant and equipment
• Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
• Have strong communication skills and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation and repairs on plant and equipment.
• Conduct preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Modify, commission, test, fault-find and diagnose equipment.
• Attend breakdowns to all plant and equipment as required.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental and QA standards.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
