Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services is seeking an experienced maintenance fitter for the Seven Hills area in NSW. The successful candidate will perform mechanical installation and repairs, conduct preventative and predictive maintenance, and respond to breakdowns across plant and equipment.

Qualifications

• Cert 3 in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or Certificate of Proficiency in Fitting & Machining (Australian Recognised).
• Perform mechanical installation and repairs.
• Preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Modification, commissioning, testing, fault finding and diagnostic.
• Attend breakdowns to all plant and equipment.
• Commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation and repairs on plant and equipment.
• Carry out preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Modify, commission, test and fault-find across various systems.
• Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults to restore production.
