Job summary

My Good Feeling is seeking a Studio Manager in Australia to build genuine relationships, drive member growth and deliver top-notch coaching. You will partner with the Managing Director and 2IC, owning sales, coaching and studio operations while nurturing a thriving community.

You bring coaching experience, proven sales ability, strong organisation, and a passion for hybrid fitness. NSW WWCC or willingness to obtain is required along with First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness or higher is required.
• At least two years' coaching experience in a boutique or group-training setting.
• Proven sales ability: phone conversations, follow-up, objection handling and closing the sale.
• Strong organisation and time management to balance sales, coaching and leadership responsibilities.
• First Aid/CPR current; NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Own sales: respond quickly to enquiries, call leads, follow up and close paid trials.
• Build relationships with prospective members and help them find the right MGF program.
• Manage your sales pipeline, activity and growth KPIs with clear handovers to the onsite team.
• Keep calendar and CRM records, appointments and follow-ups organized to not miss opportunities.
• Coach 12–15 hours weekly with engaging sessions and strong technical coaching.
• Lead and develop coaching team through support and clear standards.
• Support rostering and the 2IC in maintaining studio standards and resolving issues.
• Help deliver events, promotions and community initiatives with the team.
• Contribute to social content including speaking to camera and interviewing members.

Job description

MGF Health Hub is looking for a Studio Manager who can build genuine relationships, bring new members through the door and deliver great coaching. You'll work closely with our Managing Director and 2IC, who focuses heavily on member nurturing, retention, rostering and daily studio operations. Sales and people are the heart of this role. Your coaching experience completes the full-time position, keeping you connected to our members and the experience you're selling.

Key responsibilities

Own sales: Respond quickly to enquiries, call leads, follow up consistently, run consultations and confidently close paid trials.

Build relationships with prospective members and help them find the right MGF program.

Take ownership of your sales pipeline, activity and growth KPIs, with clear handovers to the onsite team.

Keep your calendar, CRM records, appointments and follow-ups organised so opportunities don't get missed.

Coach approximately 12–15 hours weekly, delivering engaging sessions with strong technical coaching and individual attention.

Lead and develop the coaching team through support, feedback and clear standards.

Support rostering and the 2IC in maintaining studio standards and resolving operational issues.

Help deliver events, promotions and community initiatives alongside the team.

Contribute to occasional social content, including speaking to camera and interviewing members, with editing and posting support provided.

About you

Certificate IV in Fitness or higher.

At least two years' coaching experience, ideally in a boutique or dedicated group-training gym where community is central to the experience.

Proven sales ability: confident phone conversations, consistent follow-up, objection handling and asking for the sale.

Strong organisation and time management: you can balance sales, coaching and leadership responsibilities without constant reminders.

A passion for hybrid fitness, with consistent training already a significant part of your lifestyle.

The confidence to engage a room, connect with different personalities and lead by example.

Initiative, attention to detail and accountability for your results.

Current First Aid and CPR, plus a NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Previous team or studio-management experience is preferred.

$80,000 base salary + super + commission, with OTE of $100,000+.

Support from a dedicated 2IC, our Managing Director and offshore team.
