Own the full estimating cycle from drawings to submission, price live tenders from around $200K to multi‑million projects, and manage several bids concurrently. There is genuine scope to grow as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction estimating experience (retail, fit out or new build).
• Ability to own hard dollar tenders end to end (not a junior role).
• Strong time management across deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Lead Group are seeking an experienced Estimator for a high paying role with an established national commercial builder growing its team.

This is a genuine builder traditional delivery, contracts administered in house, consistent work and a strong national pipeline. Projects span retail (including high end fit outs), hospitality, education and commercial, so no two tenders look the same. The business is entering a growth phase taking on larger, more complex projects and moving toward principal contractor work so there's real scope to grow as they do.

The role

Reporting to the estimating lead, you'll price and manage live tenders from around $200K to multi million dollar projects owning them end to end, from drawings and scope through to take offs, pricing and submission, often with several running at once.
