Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a Fishing Sales Assistant for Anaconda in Australia. You will be the go-to expert for fishing gear, assisting customers in choosing rods, reels and tackle, and offering advice on local fishing spots and techniques.

Qualifications

• Passion for fishing across freshwater, saltwater or sport.
• Strong communication skills in a friendly and engaging manner.

• Experience within stock, customer service, and sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the local consumer market, products and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting rods, reels, lures, accessories and more.
• Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques and tackle options.
• Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to be stocked and visually appealing.
• Stay up to date with latest fishing trends, gear and technology.
• Deliver outstanding customer service for a great shopping experience.

As a Fishing Sales Assistant, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things fishing.

• Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more!
• Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
• Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
• Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience
