Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a motivated team member for our fishing department in Australia. You will help customers choose rods, reels, lures, and accessories, and share advice on local fishing spots and techniques.

You will merchandise the department, stay current with gear trends, and deliver outstanding service to create a memorable shopping experience for outdoor enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Passion for fishing across freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing.
• Strong, friendly communication with customers.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team.
• Experience in stock, customer service, and sales in fast-paced environments.
