Job summary

Anaconda Brisbane is seeking a customer service-driven team member for the fishing department. Assist customers, advise on rods, reels and accessories, and keep the department stocked and visually appealing.

You will share expert fishing knowledge, stay current with gear trends, and deliver outstanding service, contributing to a friendly store environment and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Passion for fishing across freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing.
• Strong communication with customers in a friendly, engaging way.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team.
• Able to work in a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Experience in stock, customer service, and sales in a fast-paced setting.

• Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more!
• Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
• Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
• Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience
