Wellways is seeking a First Nations Recovery Worker to deliver Community Living Support (CLS) in the Wollongong region. You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to support recovery goals, build connections with family and community, and provide culturally safe, person-centred care.

Travel across the region is required. The role offers SCHADS Level 3 pay, salary packaging and leave loading, with full-time or part-time options to support flexible arrangements while

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV/Diploma in Mental Health, AOD or related qualification.
• 1+ year relevant work experience in mental health or related training.
• Valid driver licence and ability to travel across the region.

• Provide practical, culturally safe recovery support to participants.
• Help participants identify goals and develop recovery plans.
• Foster connections with families, communities and local services.
• Complete recovery plans, assessments and program documentation.
• Travel across the region to meet participant needs.
