Job summary

Wellways is seeking a First Nations Recovery Worker (CLS) in Windsor/Richmond to provide culturally safe, recovery-focused support in the community. You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants aged 16+ experiencing mental health challenges, building independence and connections to culture and community.

You will join a multidisciplinary team across NSW Government-funded CLS programs, travel across the region, maintain accurate records, and contribute to recovery plans

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities essential.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and travel across the region.
• Commitment to culturally safe, recovery-oriented support for First Nations communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, culturally safe, recovery-focused support in the community.
• Develop plans with participants to support recovery and goals.
