Talent Corp is recruiting an Learning & Development Coordinator – First Nations Cultural Safety (APS6) in Melbourne, VIC. The role blends instructional design, facilitation and stakeholder engagement to deliver culturally safe learning across the workforce.

You will design, deliver and evaluate learning programs with a focus on First Nations safety and philosophy, across face-to-face, virtual and blended formats.

Competenze

• Experience in learning design, development and facilitation.
• Knowledge of First Nations cultural safety, cultures, histories and perspectives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate face-to-face, virtual and blended learning.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using evidence and data to evaluate and improve learning outcomes.
• Understanding of government, risk and program delivery environments desirable.

• Design and develop cultural safety learning programs, workshops and resources.
• Facilitate face-to-face, virtual and blended learning for diverse audiences.
• Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create engaging, accessible content.
• Work closely with First Nations stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning is culturally safe and fit for purpose.
• Coordinate learning delivery, scheduling and supporting administration.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, data and stakeholder input.
• Monitor milestones, risks and reporting across learning initiatives.
