AMES Australia is seeking an Employment Mentor (First Nations Identified) to provide individualised employment support to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander job seekers, helping them overcome barriers and achieve timely employment opportunities. The role requires caseload management, collaboration with employers, and delivery of tailored employment services.

A current driver's licence and Working With Children Check are required, with flexible working arrangements and a supportive culture

Competenze

Proven case management or client liaison experience, especially with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander communities.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to motivate and advocate for clients; capable of negotiated outcomes.

Mansioni

Provide individualised employment support and guidance to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander job seekers.
Manage a caseload, reverse marketing candidates, and support employers taking on candidates.
Monitor and review delivery of employment services and develop client career plans.
