MatchWorks is seeking an Indigenous Employment Mentor to support people in Workforce Australia. You will build relationships, understand strengths and goals, and provide practical support to connect them with opportunities and services. Training and guidance are provided, no prior Employment Services experience required.

You'll help people overcome challenges, connect with employers, and celebrate progress along their journey in a collaborative team.

MatchWorks is looking for an Indigenous Employment Mentor who'spassionate abouthelping people achieve their goals and find meaningful work.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships with the people you support, taking the time to understand their strengths, goals and what matters most to them. You'll provide practical support and encouragement, helping people overcome challenges and connect with opportunities that can change their future.

You don't need Employment Services experience to apply. If you're a great communicator who enjoys helping others and building relationships, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
