Job summary

Aurecon invites experienced project managers to join our Project Delivery Services team, supporting Defence projects across Australia. You'll lead projects from planning through delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams including clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve scope, cost, schedule and quality.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or demonstrated relevant professional experience such as coordinating people, projects, programs, events, or community initiatives
• Experience managing small to medium-sized projects
• Strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, Aurecon resources, consultants and contractors to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Defence representatives, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, variations, budgets, schedules, documentation and quality requirements.
• Promote safety, maintain clear project communication, and contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learnt
