Aurecon is seeking experienced project managers to join our Project Delivery Services team, supporting Defence across Australia. You’ll own allocated projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that meet scope, cost, schedule and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification or demonstrated relevant professional experience coordinating people, projects, programs, events, or community initiatives.
• Experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
• Strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project controls, including cost and schedule management.
• Understanding of quality assurance, risk management and contract management.
• A demonstrated commitment to safety and WHS.
• The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, matrix environment.
• Project management certification or relevant professional recognition desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, Aurecon resources, consultants and contractors to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, Defence representatives, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, variations, budgets, schedules, documentation and quality requirements.
• Promote safety, maintain clear project communication, and contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learnt.
