Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Project Delivery Services team, supporting Defence projects across Australia. You will own allocated projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification or demonstrated relevant professional experience coordinating people, projects, programs or community initiatives.
Strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project controls including cost and schedule management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring scope, cost, schedule and quality requirements are achieved.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, resources, consultants and contractors to deliver successful outcomes.
Build strong relationships with clients, Defence representatives, contractors and stakeholders.
Manage project risks, issues, variations, budgets, schedules, documentation and quality requirements.
Promote safety, maintain clear project communication, and contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned.
