Job summary

Talent International is seeking an APS6 Learning Design and Delivery Coordinator (Cultural Safety) for a 12-month contract, based in Sydney, with First Nations engagement at the core. The role pays $60.26 per hour + Super and includes a 7.6 hour day schedule (38 hours/week).

You will contribute to the design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning solutions that build cultural safety capability across a Federal agency, including core programs and e-learning modules.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, delivering and evaluating learning solutions.
• Strong instructional design knowledge and adult learning principles.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Desirable knowledge of Australian Government policy frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate and evaluate cultural safety learning solutions, including workshops and e-learning.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences using adult learning methods.
• Apply instructional design methodologies to create accessible, engaging learning products.
• Support scheduling, administration and delivery of learning programs.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through learner feedback and data analysis.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
