HOBAN Recruitment partners with a leading Federal Government agency to recruit an experienced APS6 Learning Design & Delivery Coordinator focused on Cultural Safety. You will design, develop and evaluate learning programs that build capability and support culturally safe outcomes for First Nations peoples.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and facilitating learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including reporting.
• Analytical problem-solving with evidence-based recommendations.
• Understanding of cultural safety and First Nations collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and deliver learning solutions, workshops, virtual programs and capability development initiatives.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and group facilitation techniques.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create accessible learning products.
• Coordinate learning schedules, program administration and delivery activities.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, data analysis and stakeholder consultation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to gather learning requirements and ensure culturally safe training outcomes.
• Monitor milestones, risks and reporting while contributing to continuous improvement.
