Regional Training Services in Gympie is seeking a First Aid and White Card Trainer and Assessor to deliver nationally recognised First Aid, CPR and White Card courses at our Gympie office. This role suits someone who enjoys independent work while being supported by an experienced operations team.

Deliver engaging courses, assess student competency, and maintain course records while representing a respected national training organisation.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/22/10)
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Police Check
• Driver Licence
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
• HLTAID009 Provide CPR
• CPCCWHS2001 WHS requirements (held or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and presentation skills

First Aid and or White Card Trainer and Assessor

As a First Aid and White Card Trainer & Assessor, you will deliver engaging, nationally recognised First Aid, CPR and White Card courses at our Gympie office. This is a role suited to someone who enjoys working independently while being supported by an experienced operations team.

• Deliver engaging, nationally recognised First Aid and CPR courses
• Create an enjoyable, hands-on learning environment
• Assess student competency and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate training and assessment records
• Represent a respected national training organisation with professionalism

About you

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122 or TAE40110)
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current Police Check
• Current Driver Licence
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
• HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• CPCCWHS2001 Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry (Held or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
