We are a long-established Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with almost 30 years of experience delivering nationally recognised First Aid training. Our reputation has been built on quality, professionalism, and providing exceptional learning experiences to thousands of students across Australia.

As our training continues to grow, we're seeking motivated First Aid Trainer & Assessors to deliver courses throughout Gladstone and surrounding areas.

The Role

As a First Aid Trainer & Assessor, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, nationally recognised First Aid and CPR courses.
  • Create an enjoyable, hands-on learning environment.
  • Assess student competency and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
  • Represent a respected national training organisation with professionalism.

This is a role suited to someone who enjoys working independently while being supported by an experienced operations team.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122 or TAE40110).
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Current Driver Licence.
  • Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends.
Highly Regarded

The following qualifications and experience will be highly regarded:

  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid.
  • HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
  • Experience delivering accredited training.
  • Nursing, paramedic, emergency services, defence, healthcare or workplace safety background.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and helping others build lifesaving skills.
