Job summary

CV Services Group in Brisbane, Queensland seeks an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support the Asset team. You’ll manage jobs, coordinate compliance documents, and keep reporting and records accurate and up to date.

You’ll work with Fire Technicians and Supervisors, using Uptick to handle jobs and status updates, and provide general admin support to the Fire business. This is a stable, long-term role within a well-established Fire services team.

• Previous admin experience within fire, construction, trades or services.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence handling compliance documentation.
• Good communication skills and a practical, team-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing jobs and workflows using Uptick
• Raising and closing jobs, tracking progress and updating job status
