CV Services Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support our busy Asset team. The role is ideal for someone with a fire protection or trade background and experience using Uptick to manage jobs, compliance and reporting.

You will play a key part in keeping work flowing smoothly by supporting technicians, managing job data, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Proven admin experience in fire, construction, trades or services.
• Experience using Uptick to manage jobs and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage jobs and workflows using Uptick.
• Raise and close jobs, track progress and update status.
• Coordinate compliance documents, reports and service records.
• Support Fire Technicians and Supervisors with admin requests.
• Liaise with internal teams and external customers as needed.
• General administration support for the Fire business.
