Job summary

Axis Fire, a division of Axis Services Group, is seeking an experienced estimator based in Sydney, NSW. You will evaluate tenders for Fire Protection Systems, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and drive multi-state bids to deliver compliant submissions.

Strong experience in sprinklers, hydrants and fire alarm systems, plus proficiency with MS Office and project platforms (Aconex, Procore) is essential. NSW driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience estimating Fire Protection Systems.
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence and own transport.
• Proficiency with MS Office and estimating software.
• Familiar with Builders communication platforms such as Aconex, itwocx, Procore.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tender documents, specifications, drawings, FEBQ/FER's, and Australian Standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fire system tenders.
• Proactively drive and manage tenders across multiple states.
• Review estimates prepared by other team members.
• Finalise and prepare comprehensive, professional tender submissions.
• Compile large format, detailed returnable schedules and prequalification documents.
• Liaise with external consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Liaise with Business Managers and other internal staff to finalise tender submissions.
