Qualifications

• Experience in Fire Protection or related engineering industries.
• Ability to interpret Australian Standards and industry codes.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience delivering technical training, presentations, or knowledge-sharing sessions (TAE/TAW valued).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with technical equipment.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for fire suppression products to customers and internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand via phone, email, or onsite visits.
• Support commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and fault-finding for optimal product performance.
• Develop technical drawings, layouts, and engineering support for ANZ market.
• Collaborate with global and regional technical teams to source and deliver accurate product information.
• Partner with Business Development Managers by providing technical expertise and sales support.
• Deliver high-quality technical training programs to consultants, engineers, contractors, and field teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, navigating industry codes, standards, and best practices in fire suppression.
