Job summary

Flash Security Ltd. is seeking a Fire & Security Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and secure contracts across the commercial sector.

You will generate new business via cold calls, emails, networking, and prospecting while visiting sites to engage with Site, Facilities, and Project Managers. You will promote and sell Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems, manage the full sales cycle, and maintain a robust CRM-driven pipeline to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Fire & Security Sales or Security Systems Sales.
• Experience selling Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control or Intruder Alarm systems.
• Confident in conducting face-to-face site visits and approaching new prospects.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with strong financial motivation.
• Self-disciplined, organised and proactive.
• Experience using CRM systems (preferred).
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and win contracts across the commercial sector.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and prospecting.
• Visit sites to meet Site Managers, Facilities Managers, and Project Managers.
• Build relationships with main contractors, developers, and property managers.
• Promote and sell security solutions including Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract; maintain a strong pipeline.
• Track opportunities and activities using CRM systems.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals; identify opportunities for repeat business.
