It is desirable that the applicant holds/held Firefighting qualifications or is/was previously a senior Emergency Response Manager in a relevant Australian organisation.

The Fire Capability Manager will provide leadership to ensure successful deployment of personnel, equipment, planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure Defence capability. The Fire Capability Manager will have a strong focus on safety, compliance, people leadership to ensure optimal service delivery.
