The organisation is undertaking a significant fire compliance program across a geographically dispersed portfolio of healthcare facilities, primarily in NSW.

This high-impact, fire services-focused role offers the chance to work closely with facility leadership teams and senior contractors on a national compliance initiative in a complex operating environment.

The Role:

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for ensuring end-to-end fire compliance across the portfolio, including inspections, testing, and maintenance. You’ll act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and national subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of works and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the delivery of fire compliance services across multiple healthcare sites
  2. Ensure adherence to NCC, Australian Standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  3. Lead site-based inspections, identify compliance risks, and implement practical solutions
  4. Manage and engage with national service providers and contractors
  5. Provide clear reporting and updates to internal teams and executive stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Minimum 10 years of fire compliance and building services project management experience
  2. Strong technical knowledge of national fire safety standards and systems
  3. Exposure to healthcare or other high-compliance environments (desirable)
  4. Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and operational constraints
  6. Relevant qualifications in engineering, building services, or project management (preferred)
  7. Available immediately for a 3-6 month period
Location:
  • Preference for candidates based in NSW (or VIC)
  • Some interstate travel may be required
What’s on Offer:
  • Join a nationally significant compliance program in the healthcare sector
  • 3–6 month contract with immediate commencement

This is an urgent requirement.
