Sniip is hiring its first social and content hire to own the voice across our channels. You’ll shape topics, formats and calendars, turning complex fintech topics into engaging content that stops the scroll.

You’ll also work with AI tools like Claude to accelerate research, drafting and repurposing while keeping the human touch. Based in Brisbane with hybrid options, you’ll collaborate with marketing, agencies and creator partners to drive organic growth and meaningful engagement for Aussies

Formación

• 2–4 years in social media or content, in-house or agency.
• A portfolio of content you made yourself, with the results to back it up.
• A knack for writing in plain English and making dry topics fun.
• Capability in videography - shooting and editing on your phone (CapCut or similar) and designing in Canva
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your content work, and curiosity to push them further
• The basics of SEO and WordPress
• The organisation to run your own calendar without anyone needing to chase you

Responsabilidades

• Own the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Make Reels, short-form video, carousels and posts, including faceless formats with voiceover or text on screen.
• Write our company LinkedIn content and help leadership with their own posts.
• Look after our community: reply to comments and DMs, and loop in customer care when needed.
• Move fast on the moments that matter, like ATO announcements, surcharging changes and points news.
• Write two SEO-friendly blog articles a week in WordPress (the template's already built, so you just bring the words)
• Turn one idea into ten: repurpose blogs, emails and campaigns into social content
• Help shape our email newsletter with copy and assets
• Build a bank of go-to topics: points hacks, tax time, new billers and the bills Aussies pay every month
• Use Claude and other AI tools every day to research, draft, script, edit and repurpose
• Build repeatable AI workflows (prompts, templates, skills) so content scales without the team needing to
• Use AI to dig into performance data and spot what's working faster
• Keep a human eye on everything: AI speeds things up, you make sure it sounds like Sniip and is accurate
• Brief and coordinate influencers and creators, from approvals to posting schedules and reach tracking
• Keep partner content on brand, including Qantas and Velocity guidelines
• Share a monthly snapshot of reach, engagement, follower growth and traffic to sniip.com
• Test, learn and tell us what to do more (and less) of
• Keep our Canva templates and asset library in good shape
