Job summary

Bridgit is hiring a Business Development Manager in Sydney to manage broker portfolios, educate brokers on our Buy Now, Sell Later financing solutions, and drive new business opportunities. You’ll build strong relationships, understand loan structuring, and identify growth opportunities to expand our broker network.

You’ll need proven sales experience in financial services, excellent communication, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales in financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Persistence and determination to engage brokers and drive activation.
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-performing team and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring assigned broker portfolios through various channels to provide exceptional service.
• Developing a deep understanding of products, policies, and loan structuring to offer informed guidance.
• Discussing loan scenarios and structures with mortgage brokers.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our network.
• Increasing broker utilisation through engagement and education.
• Efficiently managing tasks and undertaking additional duties as directed by management.
