Job summary

REA Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager - FinOps to own and evolve the FinOps product capability. You will drive the roadmap, partner with Finance and Technology, and deliver prod- uctised capabilities such as FinOut dashboards and cost insights in Realm.

This role combines product management with practical FinOps expertise to enable informed cloud spend decisions. You will lead cross-functional discovery, define outcomes, and influence stakeholders across engineers, finance, procurement,

Qualifications

• Experience owning an internal technology product from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Strong commercial, analytical and financial acumen.
• Pragmatic FinOps practitioner able to translate complex data into clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the FinOps product vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog.
• Lead discovery with engineering, product, finance, procurement and business stakeholders.
• Deliver productised FinOps capabilities, including dashboards and cost insights.
• Define outcomes, measures and adoption approaches for FinOps capabilities.
• Provide guidance on cloud cost management, optimisation and governance.
• Partner with Finance on cloud spend reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and track cloud savings opportunities and optimization levers.
• Establish governance and guardrails for cost allocation, tagging and budgeting.
